FOR SALE - Week 35 of every Odd Year in a beautiful 3 Bedroom Lockout that sleeps up to 10 people. This unit is number 58 A and B. Odd year or Bi-Annual means you get use in 2007, 2009, 2011 etc..
The reason that you would want to buy a 3 bedroom lockout verses a 1 or 2 bedroom every year timeshare is that you will save $630 every 2 years! And you still get to vacation EVERY YEAR! Maintenance Fees for this unit are $630 every other Year.
So what you do is:
1 - You have the option to use all 3 bedrooms, if you want. And this sleeps 10 people on 3 floors. Plus you have 3 bathrooms, and 2 sleeper sofas. 3 beds, 2 sofas = sleep 10.
2 - You reserve your A unit which is the top 2 floors and bank the B unit which is the lower part, which you lock off. When you do this option, you use the A unit in the odd year during week 35 of that year. And then in the even year, you exchange your banked unit with Interval International or RCI and travel and stay at a nice condo in Florida or Cancun or at thousands of resorts worldwide! The exchange fee is $149. So in the odd year you pay the $630 to stay at Causeway on Gull. IN the even year you pay the $149 to stay in a nice condo in Cancun. Total for 2 years vacations = $779.
3 - You use the 1 bedroom B, and Bank the 2 bedroom A to use in the Even year.
Now if you own a week every year, this means you pay $630 EVERY YEAR, and if you want to exchange it and go somewhere different, then you still have to pay the $149 exchange fee. Total for 2 years $1409.
If you only own a 2 bedroom, you cant lock off and bank anything. Your stuck paying the fees every year and it just costs you alot more to do the same thing. Owning a 3 bedroom lockout will pay for itself in just a matter of years! And look at what you get for your $630, an entire condo with full kitchens, and pools and weight rooms and game rooms and boating and fishing, plus more! Instead of 2 beds and a bathroom at the hotel which can still cost $150 a night at a decent resort. At the finest hotels you will pay $250 a night. Times 7 days in the week = $1750. Now how much is a time share worth? They pay for themselves in just a few years, IF YOU OWN A 3 BEDROOM LOCKOUT in a BI-ANNUAL YEAR. This Timeshare is DEEDED! Yes you own it, it gets recorded at the county and you can leave it to your heirs. It is not a LEASE! YUCK! Those are sometimes only good for 20 years. So how would you like to vacation? In condos, or hotel rooms? Would you like condos at half price? 3 bedroom Lockout is your answer and this one is for sale for less than you will pay at the resort because we are selling due to no more kids at home and we probably won't be using it anymore.
In 2007 we have already reserved the 2 bedroom to use for this year week 35. This unit is always a Friday to Friday. August 31st to Sept 7th. (Normally week 35 is the week BEFORE LABOR DAY) (All the resorts use the same rotating calendar. During the rotation, every like 4th time, week 35 falls like it does this year during Labor Day.) Then we have banked the 1 bedroom with Interval International ( or I.I. as they like to call them). The banked unit can be used ANYTIME! You do not have to go to Cancun on week 35, or Florida or Switzerland. You can use the banked unit with II whenever you want, you just log into II and make a reservation, and off you go.
Week 35 is Labor Day weekend this year. Usually it is the week before Labor Day but every 4th rotation it is
the week of and including Labor Day. This is a very Prime week and is considered RED by exchange companies.

One of the best things to do while your at Causeway on Gull is to relax! We love to bring our boat and they have free boat slips for you to use or you can even rent some very nice boats or pontoons there. The fishing, well let me just say this, THE FISHING on GULL LAKE IS AWESOME! Even right from shore! We always rent a golf cart so we just cruise around the resort and down to the docks on the cart. Park right by our boat slip and go fishing. Come back and sit around the nice fire ring. They have indoor and outdoor swimming pools. A tennis court and a full exercise room and game room. And activities down at the office with games and stuff to do all week long. Sauna and Jacuzzi, the unit does have a jacuzzi tub!
The shopping around the area is GREAT! From small town shops in Nisswa to the major big chains in Brainerd, you love the Area! If you like racing and drag strip racing, Brainerd International Speedway is just a few minutes away! You have to try the pizza place in Nisswa! YUMMMM! There are also 9 Golf Couses in the area!
