Baxter, Minnesota is located just west of Mille
Lacs lake on Hwy18 about 20 minutes. North of St. Cloud on Hwy 371
about 45 minutes and about a 2 hour drive north of the Twin
Cities. Although the Paul Bunyan Amusement Park has now moved down the road a few miles to make room for the Brand new
Kohl's department store, we thought we would keep these photos here in memory of what a neat place this was.
Baxter, MN is a suburb of Brainerd
and is a part of the Brainerd lakes area.
The neatest thing about Baxter, is probably the Paul Bunyan Amusement
center.
