Deer River is located on HWY 2 about 10 minutes from Grand Rapids.
A small town you will see and here are a couple of photos for you as well.
( We often get requests to put up photos so that folks can see the town
where they were born and show their family members. We like to put up photos

We only require a Population Sign like the one above, and the town becomes
part of our site. We had to draw the line somewhere...I mean, some towns
we've driven through were so small, you blink and they were gone!) I am
on a quest to find the smallest Population Sign in Minnesota - If you know
where it is, please email us a photo of it! We would simply love that!
